We are experts in the delivery of news, events and forums across the property, design and constructions sectors. We help to build brands, engage with regional communities and enhance the reputations of the companies and people we work for.
Our aim is to report and generate content about the property sector on a daily basis. This enables us to design and deliver newsletters, forums, events, awards and dinners for our partners, clients and members. We boast a readership of 12,000 subscribers each month and 25 events per year which are attended by over 2000 delegates across the Thames Valley, East of England and West of London.
News:
News about projects, deals and developments are key to our survival as a business. By monitoring the planning application process obsessively, we build up a picture of the development pipeline, which provides us with fresh content and opportunities for our partners to comment on.
Forums:
Events, conferences, roundtables and forums are our bread and butter. By enabling events we can generate new content, encourage networks and ensure that our partners and sponsors have a tried and tested vehicle to promote their brands and build their reputations. Awards:
When you’re working hard, the recognition in the shape of an award is even more special. We have experience of working in regional markets to develop events which recognise best practise and quality projects. Our aim to work with sponsors and delegates to create special memories.
Research:
We have worked with several of our sponsors for many years. We listen, propose and deliver sponsorship packages which reflect the needs of our clients. We complete research and give advice to ensure the marketing and business development process for our sponsors and partners is effective and of value.
Membership:
We work closely with the 150 members of UK Prop Social and attend our Social events held monthly across the regions. Members have access to our events, promotions and are part of a bigger network which generates business development opportunities. Examples of past successes can be provided.
Regional:
Using the medium of our Newsletters, we are able to report on activity on the Thames Valley, East of England and West of London property communities. Our aim is cover the real estate market in these regions by monitoring major planning applications and being informed.
