We provide project management and cost consulting to the construction industry. We lead the development/refurbishment as project manager or provide cost support as part of the project team or both if necessary. We run this through 2 separate organisations depending on the needs of the client, Diamond Resolution Consultants and Random Cubic Projects.
Diamond Resolution Consultants focuses on problem projects, loss adjustment services where construction costs are required and similar activities. We have not yet set up a digital footprint for DRC but this is in the pipeline for 2024.
Random Cubic Projects focuses on new projects where we can take the lead from initial concept through to completion and RCP has a digital footprint.
Our involvement is from Stage 1or 2 depending on funding requirements right through to final completion.
Our speciality for either brand is in in-occupation properties where consideration for the operation is required along with general refurbishments or new builds. Our market sectors include hotels, bars, restaurants, retail, offices, later living, sound-rooms/recording studios, veterinary surgeries and any random type project. In terms of claims/losses, this generally extends to major civil projects and international or high profile losses which require discretion.

Both companies are RICS Chartered Consultancies and Richard is MRICS, FCIOB and holds an MBA in Construction and Real Estate from College of Estate Management.
