“Invest in Bracknell” organised by Bracknell BID in collaboration with UK Property Forums will bring together some of the leading voices from the property sector and global business to discuss occupancy and property investment in Bracknell, the optimistic future of Bracknell’s commercial property market, and the strategic insights that will shape long-term investment.

There will also be networking opportunities with fellow professionals and a chance to take a guided walk around the Bracknell BID area.

Andy Smith, Head of Workplace and Facilities, John Lewis Partnership

Waitrose & Partners was one of the first businesses in the Southern Business Area of Bracknell, and their campus covers a large area of approximately 3 million sq ft, made up of 16 separate buildings.

Andy Smith will be detailing why Bracknell was ideally suited as their headquarters for the past 50 years, as well as their long-term vision for further investment in Bracknell.
